Mayfair Theater

The Baltimore Development Corporation Owned the Mayfair Theater on Howard Street in Baltimore, MD. They were trying to sell it for development. Working with Preservation, MD and CHAP, DDI undertook scanning and drone photography, with the goal of not only documenting the historic structure, but also easing the burden for developers to incorporate the historic fabric into new build by providing exact documentation of the existing building for incorporation into their designs.
