The Artec Micro II is a fully automated desktop 3D scanner that captures small parts at industry leading 5 micron accuracy. Press a single button and the rest takes care of itself. A built-in turntable follows an automatically calculated scanning trajectory, performing roughly a million calculations per second to capture over 140 million image points per second from every angle without operator intervention. Dual camera blue LED structured light technology delivers 5 micron point accuracy and resolution down to 10 microns, while an 18.5 times larger field of view than the original Micro lets it handle objects up to 20 by 20 by 15 cm and 2 kg. Four 13 megapixel cameras capture full color from every side for hyper realistic, true to life models, and scans export directly into SOLIDWORKS, Geomagic and Control X for immediate design or inspection work.
